A-Line Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Primary Care Clinic. Part-time position offering 20-30 hours per week across 2-3 days, with coverage for every other weekend and extended hours as noted.

Assignment duration is six months with potential extension or conversion to full-time employment. The role includes vaccination administration, vital signs monitoring, patient assessments, and coordinated care within an on-site clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room.

Responsabilités

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications as prescribed.
• Obtain and document vital signs (BP, HR, RR, temperature).
• Perform routine and complex patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider.
• Document patient histories and medications in the EHR.
• Educate patients about medications, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services and community resources.
• Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and reminders.
• Chaperone during sensitive examinations ensuring privacy and dignity.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms and waiting areas.
