A-Line Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Primary Care Clinic in a full-time capacity. The role requires 30–40 hours per week across 3–4 days and the ability to cover every other weekend. The clinic hours span Monday to Saturday, with weekend coverage as needed.

Initial assignments are six months, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time. Salary is $37.17 per hour with benefits for full-time employees, including a 401(k) plan with company match.

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications.
• Obtain, monitor, and document vital signs.
• Perform patient assessments and document treatment responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider.
• Conduct medication reviews for adverse effects and interactions.
• Perform mental health screenings.
• Document medical histories in the EHR.
• Educate patients on medications and disease management.
• Coordinate patient access to services and resources.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team.
• Handle registration, scheduling, and outreach calls.
• Support patient flow and waiting area management.
• Chaperone during sensitive examinations.
• Maintain clean, stocked examination rooms.
• Assist with clinical and administrative duties as needed.
