Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Primary Care Clinic. This full-time role requires 30-40 hours per week across 3-4 days, with coverage every other weekend.

Shifts follow 8:30am-7:30pm on weekdays and weekend hours, with assignments lasting six months and potential extension or conversion to full-time. The compensation is $37.17 per hour, with benefits for full-time employees and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN required
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room preferred
• Must be able to cover every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and various medications.
• Measure and document vital signs accurately.
• Perform routine and complex patient assessments.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider.
• Conduct medication reviews for adverse effects and interactions.
• Document patient history and treatment in the EHR.
• Educate patients on medications and disease management.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services and community resources
