Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Department preferred.
• Ability to document vitals and patient history accurately.
• Strong communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications.
• Document vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Perform patient assessments and document treatment responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site providers.
• Coordinate patient access and education.
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms.
• Assist with patient flow and scheduling.
• Chaperone during sensitive examinations.
