Job summary

Dot Foods is seeking a part-time LPN to handle pre-employment medical questionnaires and drug testing coordination for safety-sensitive roles at Mt. Sterling, IL. You will manage records, maintain confidentiality, and support lean improvements in the process.

The role offers flexible scheduling up to 20 hours per week with occasional work-from-home and monthly evening shifts. Travel to company locations may be required for training and seminars.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with active IL license.
• 3–5 years related LPN experience.
• Strong confidentiality and record-keeping skills.
• Experience with medical records systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Completes and schedules pre-employment medical questionnaires.
• Schedules and administers random drug testing.
• Tracks results and follow-up testing in databases.
• Uploads and documents medical records in patient files.
• Maintains confidentiality of medical records.
• Apply lean thinking to reduce waste in the role.
