Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist (LPN) for a part-time, on-site position. You will be the first point of care for employees, delivering routine and emergency medical attention and maintaining health records at the on-site nurse station.

This role requires mobility to respond to incidents on the production floor, with a focus on safety, wellness programs, and assisting with workers’ compensation documentation. Must be willing to work night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license required.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED card required; urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections may be offered later.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site medical care per nursing scope and protocols.
• Respond promptly to workplace and general health issues.
• Perform health screenings (drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, audiometry).
• Maintain accurate health records for OSHA/state compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality of health information.
