Dot Foods is seeking an LPN to support occupational health operations in Mt. Sterling, IL. The role focuses on pre-employment medical questionnaires and coordinating all random drug testing for safety-sensitive roles.

Completes and schedules medical pre-employment questionnaires for safety sensitive roles at Dot Foods and Dot Transportation to comply with physical ability requirements. Coordinates and administers all random drug testing and employee assistance follow up testing for safety sensitive roles for Dot Foods.
