Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Unit Manager (LPN) to oversee clinical operations on a dedicated unit, lead nursing staff, and coordinate care planning, admissions, and discharges while maintaining high-quality, resident-centered care.

You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, ensure compliant documentation, and work within state and facility regulations. CPR and SC LPN licensure are required, with PCC experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Active SC LPN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Prior nursing leadership/ supervisory experience preferred (not new grads).
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Coordinate care planning, admissions, and discharges.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team.

• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and promote teamwork and accountability.
• Provide coverage for call-outs when needed.
