Job summary

Wenatchee Comprehensive Treatment Center in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a part-time LPN/LVN to provide compassionate medication dispensing in an outpatient MAT setting. The role emphasizes accurate administration, patient education, and collaboration with the clinical team to ensure safe treatment.

The position features early morning shifts (5:30 AM start on Saturdays and other mornings), with a focus on accurate documentation, inventory control, and adherence to DEA/FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health or outpatient treatment.
• Experience in outpatient MAT or addiction recovery preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain medical equipment safely.
• Skilled in drawing blood and collecting specimens.
• Proficient with EMR systems and clinical software.
• Competent in patient assessment and vital signs.
• Administer medications per physician orders per clinic protocol.
• Accurate documentation of care and progress.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of Nursing Supervisor, Medical Director, and Clinic Director.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Document medication administration and care promptly.
• Maintain inventory of medication stock per DEA and FDA rules.
• Maintain accounting of medications received and dispensed.
• Dedicate ~90% of time to medication administration.
• Conduct and process urine/blood tests and monitor outcomes.
• Complete all related documentation per clinic standards.
• Transport medication or work on mobile unit as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
