Qualifications

• Registered nursing education from an accredited program (LPN/LVN).
• Prefer 1 year in behavioral health, outpatient treatment, or addiction recovery.
• proficient with EMR and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by Medical Director or Physician.
• Document nursing care and medication administration accurately in patient records.
• Maintain inventory and safekeeping of all medication stock per regulatory rules.
• Monitor patient vitals and outcomes; conduct urine/blood tests as needed.
• Transport meds to other locations if required and support clinic operations.
