You will assist residents with daily living activities, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation. This role requires an unrestricted LPN license in Connecticut and a passion for resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted LPN license in Connecticut.
• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required by facility policy.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Take and record residents’ vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform basic wound care and dressing changes.
• Collect specimens for lab tests.
• Document care provided and monitor resident status.
