Responsibilities include assessing and documenting residents, supervising Resident Care Assistants, coordinating with providers, and responding to emergencies. The role values empathy, reliability, and a commitment to elder care.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with the elderly.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents' status.
• Observes and reports health changes to the Resident Care Director, physician, family, RCAs, and Executive Director.
