Job summary

Care Plus Homehealth Care in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team on a part-time basis. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, follow agency policies, and communicate with families and the care team to promote safe, compassionate care.

The role requires an Indiana LPN license, up to two years of home health experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana.
