Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center invites applications for an East Tower 9 Licensed Practical Nurse. The LPN will deliver patient care on the East Hospital Tower 9 unit, under RN/LIP supervision, and will participate in a collaborative care team to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized practical nurse program.
• Current Ohio LPN license and certification in intravenous medication administration.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as assigned under the direction of the RN or LIP.
• Collaborate with the patient, family and care team to implement the plan of care.
• Administer nursing care using the nursing process and within scope of practice.
