Minimum Qualifications

For Hire:

Graduation from recognized practical nurse program, current Ohio LPN license and certification in intravenous medication administration. Previous patient care experience preferred.

On going:

Maintains current Ohio license and intravenous medication certification. Maintains competence in technical, interpersonal and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions. Meets mandatory educational and health requirements.
