Job summary

Eventide Sheyenne Crossings Care Center in West Fargo, ND is hiring a Registered Nurse to join as a Full-Time Day Charge Nurse. The role features 12-hour day shifts (6a-6:30p) with every third weekend and holiday rotation, and a $2/hour weekend differential.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and PTO for full-time staff. Ideal candidates hold an active ND RN license and have LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND RN license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required.
• Proficient in administering medications and treatments with accuracy.
• Accurate documentation in the residents’ electronic medical record (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to policies and standards.
• Assess residents’ needs through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care conferences and communicate with families.
• Ensure adequate staffing and supervise subordinates as shifts require.
