Job summary

Eventide Fargo Senior Living is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge to join our Direct Care team in Fargo, ND. The role offers a 15% PRN differential on all hours worked, in addition to base wage.

The ideal candidate holds an active North Dakota LPN license, with experience in senior living or long-term care preferred. You will assess residents, administer medications, document care, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in North Dakota required or eligible.
• Experience in senior living/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to assess and monitor residents’ health status.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs through ongoing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Provide direct nursing care following policies and standards.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
• Coordinate with care team and families to ensure quality care.
• Support and train new staff as needed.
