Job summary

UNITED RECOVERY AND REMARKETING in Woodstock, GA is seeking a dependable Part-Time Lot Coordinator to support our post-repossession operations. The role offers a daytime schedule of 20–25 hours per week and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working around vehicles and delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include moving vehicles, inventorying personal property, and preparing items for auction. Training provided; note that this is not a repossession role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard transmission.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Requires good time management and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos.
• Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles.
• Complete condition reports in a timely manner.
• Prep vehicles for transport to auction.
• Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property.
• Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot.
• Other tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor.
