Job summary

UNITED RECOVERY AND REMARKETING is hiring a Lot Coordinator in Louisville, KY. This full-time, Monday–Friday position supports the post-repossession process, maintains the vehicle storage lot, and delivers excellent customer service.

You will spend most of your time outdoors and handle tasks from processing repossessed vehicles to helping with auctions preparation. This entry-level role starts at $16-$18 per hour, and no actual repossession work is involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to drive vehicles with standard transmission.
• Basic computer skills and good verbal/written communication required.
• Good time management and organizational skills; able to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos.
• Inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles.
• Complete vehicle condition reports promptly.
• Prep vehicles for transport to auction.
• Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property.
• Assist transporters and third parties on the lot with professionalism.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor.
