UNITED RECOVERY AND REMARKETING in Blue Island, IL is seeking a reliable Lot Coordinator to join the team. This full-time, Monday–Friday role supports the post-repossession process, maintains the vehicle storage lot, and delivers exceptional customer service.

The role is entry-level, with training provided; responsibilities include processing repossessed vehicles, inventorying property, preparing vehicles for auction, and interacting with debtors and transporters in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
• Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
• Complete condition reports in a timely manner
• Prep vehicles for transport to auction
• Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
• Provide professional service to transporters and third parties on the lot
• Other tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor
