Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare Long Term Care pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist in Oregon for a part-time role based in a closed-door facility. Shifts are 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM with a weekend rotation every fourth, offering meaningful patient care without direct customer interaction.

You will oversee order entry, security, labeling and delivery schedules, assist with sterile IV preparations if required, and ensure HIPAA compliance while supporting our pharmacy team and the care facilities we serve.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in Oregon and in good standing.
• Long Term Care pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and maintain accurate entry, security, and schedules.
• Provide evening, weekend and holiday coverage as required.
• Assist sterile IV preparation and manage schedule II inventory.
• Ensure DEA/state law compliance and HIPAA/privacy standards.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to support LTC facilities.
