Job summary

Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club seeks a dedicated Locker Room Attendant to welcome members and guests, assign lockers, and maintain a pristine, secure locker room. The role demands multitasking, attention to detail, and a friendly, helpful demeanor in a club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or sports field is preferred.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests.
• Assign lockers and provide instruction on their use.
• Maintain a clean and organized locker room, including restrooms and showers.
• Restock towels, toiletries and supplies as needed.
• Perform personal services such as shines shoes and replacing golf shoe spikes.
• Ensure safety and security of members' and guests' belongings.
• Maintain inventory and supplies and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Transport towels to and from laundry and manage occupied lockers list.
• Clean and maintain steam room area and other locker room facilities.
