SPS is hiring a Lockbox Processing Clerk in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time role suits someone with 1+ years of relevant experience who can learn quickly, stay organized, and contribute to a cross-functional team. Expect a standard 7 AM–4:30 PM shift, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth within SPS.

Responsibilities include mail sorting, scanning, quality checks, and maintaining data confidentiality. Prior experience in lockbox or payment processing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a mail processing environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with using scanners and basic computer operations.
• Ability to lift and move mail trays/packages up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Open, sort, and scan incoming mail per procedures.
• Operate scanning equipment to capture images of checks and documents.
• Perform quality checks on processed items.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
