Job summary

Germain Volvo Cars North Hills in Wexford, PA is seeking a Part-time Loan Car Coordinator to manage the loaner fleet and ensure vehicles are available, clean, fueled, and properly logged. This role requires strong organization and clear communication with customers and service advisors.

Work 8:30 am to 5 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and alternating Saturdays; pay is $16–$17 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for growth within the dealership.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.
