Job summary

Germain Volvo Cars North Hills in Wexford, PA is seeking a part-time Loan Car Coordinator to manage the dealership's loaner fleet and coordinate with customers and service advisors.

You will schedule vehicles, keep accurate logs, ensure cleanliness and fueling, and support inventory and admin tasks. This role emphasizes organization, communication, and reliable, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the availability and scheduling of loaner vehicles for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage and mileage.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle availability and status.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and serviced regularly.

Part-time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and alternating Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm

$16-$17 per hour based on experience
