Job summary

Germain Volvo Cars North Hills in Wexford, PA is seeking a Part-time Loan Car Coordinator to manage the loaner fleet. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy dealership setting.

You will coordinate loaner availability, maintain records, and liaise with service advisors and customers to ensure vehicles are ready, clean, fueled, and well-maintained. Prior auto industry or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively is important.
• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the availability and scheduling of loaner vehicles for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage and mileage.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle availability and status.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and serviced regularly.
• Assist with inventory management and other administrative duties as needed.

Part-time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and alternating Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm

$16-$17 per hour based on experience
