Job summary

Germain Volvo Cars North Hills in Wexford, PA is seeking a Part-time Loan Car Coordinator to manage the loaner fleet. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate between customers and service advisors.

You will schedule loaners, keep records, ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready, support inventory and administrative tasks, and work part-time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and alternating Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm. Wage is $16-$17 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the availability and scheduling of loaner vehicles for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage and mileage.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle availability and status.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and serviced regularly.
• Assist with inventory management and other administrative duties as needed.
