Job summary

Germain Volvo Cars North Hills in Wexford, PA is seeking a part-time Loan Car Coordinator to manage the dealership's loaner fleet. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to coordinate between customers and service advisors.

Responsibilities include scheduling and tracking loaner vehicles, keeping mileage records, ensuring cars are clean, fueled, and active, and assisting with inventory and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Part-time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and alternating Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm

$16-$17 per hour based on experience
