Germain Volvo Cars North Hills in Wexford, PA is seeking a Part-time Loaner Car Coordinator. The role focuses on managing the loaner car fleet, coordinating with customers and service advisors, and maintaining records.

The position runs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and alternating Saturdays, 8:30am to 5pm. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the availability and scheduling of loaner vehicles for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage and mileage.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle availability and status.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and serviced regularly.
• Assist with inventory management and other administrative duties as needed.
