Job summary

Germain Volvo Cars North Hills in Wexford, PA is seeking a Part-time Loan Car Coordinator to manage our loaner fleet. Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu and alternating Saturdays, 8:30am–5pm, $16–$17/hr depending on experience.

You will coordinate availability, track mileage, and communicate with service advisors and customers to ensure smooth operation. Requires valid license and basic computer skills; automotive/customer service exp a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the availability and scheduling of loaner vehicles for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage and mileage.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle availability and status.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and serviced regularly.
• Assist with inventory management and other administrative duties as needed.
