World Finance Corporation of NM is seeking a part-time Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services. The role includes daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and closing loans to support branch goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Perform high-volume outbound calls for collections, follow-ups, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payments or settlements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax services.
• Process payments and update accounts in company systems.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and complete bank deposits.
