Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform high-volume outbound calls.
• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, and account questions.
• Process payments, update accounts, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies and regulations.
