World Finance is seeking a Part Time Financial Services Representative in Texas to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services. The role involves daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services and branch operations.

Compensation includes $16-$18 per hour plus performance-based bonus opportunities; total earnings increase with branch results and individual performance.

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry.

Aufgaben

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments.
• Process payments, updates, and tax docs; document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records, including tax documentation and credit denials.
• Handle cash and balance deposits; perform required bank runs.
• Follow policies and regulatory requirements; complete trainings.
