Job summary

World Finance in Farmington, NM is seeking a part-time Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist with tax preparation for customers. You will meet with clients in person and perform high-volume outbound calls.

compensation starts at $16–$18 per hour with performance-based bonus opportunities and potential for advancement within the branch. Must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, and account questions.
• Process payments and document activities in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records including tax documentation and credit letters.
