Overview/About the Family:
A loving, active family outside Boston is looking for a reliable, professional live-in nanny to join their established care team. They have two children, ages 5 and 4. Both are on the autism spectrum and attend a specialized autism school. One child has Asperger’s and the other is nonverbal. The family already has a live-out nanny, an RBT who helps on weekends, and overnight support two nights a week. Each child needs focused one-on-one attention, so they’re adding another caregiver. The parent is returning to work on a hybrid schedule. Life in this home is busy and full of energy. The right nanny is upbeat and hardworking, stays calm under pressure, and keeps up with the pace. Safety and security come first. The schedule stays fairly consistent within each school semester and will change as the children grow. Summers are especially busy, so flexibility is essential. The family is moving from Dedham to Wellesley in December and is looking for a long-term match.
Private bedroom and bathroom at both homes, use of a family vehicle with car seats (or your own vehicle), parking provided, long-term position
