• Help with dinner, bath time, and bedtime routines.
• Adjust to schedule changes each semester and take on expanded hours during the summer.
• Help occasionally on weekends as needed.
• Keep the parent updated on each child’s day, behavior, and progress.

Location: Dedham, MA (relocating to Wellesley, MA in December)
Compensation: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Live-in. Monday 2:30–8:30 PM; Tuesday 6:00–9:00 AM and 2:30–8:30 PM; Wednesday 2:30–8:30 PM; Thursday 6:00–9:00 AM; Friday 2:30–8:30 PM; occasional Saturday or Sunday hours possible
Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week

A loving, active family outside Boston is looking for a reliable, professional live-in nanny to join their established care team. They have two children, ages 5 and 4. Both are on the autism spectrum and attend a specialized autism school. One child has Asperger’s and the other is nonverbal. The family already has a live-out nanny, an RBT who helps on weekends, and overnight support two nights a week. Each child needs focused one-on-one attention, so they’re adding another caregiver.
