Keywords Studios is seeking a Live Captioning Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee live captioning and streaming projects across platforms. You will ensure on-time delivery and high quality while collaborating with broadcast, engineering, IT, and accessibility teams.

• Experience managing live captioning or streaming projects.
• Strong knowledge of streaming protocols and encoding.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).

Responsibilities

• Oversee live captioning and streaming projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with broadcast, engineering, IT and accessibility teams.
• Configure and deploy streaming infrastructure and captioning tools.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, WCAG and other regulations.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues during live broadcasts.
• Manage relationships with vendors and captioning service providers.
