Turtleback Mountain Golf and Resort in Elephant Butte, NM is seeking a driven Part-Time Line Cook to join our fast-paced hospitality team. You will prepare food for restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction while working nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sufficient quantities of food in accordance with production plans or forecasted needs
• Utilizes whole food products while minimizing waste
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
• Alerts chef or supervisor of equipment issues, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies as needed for daily production
• Ensures proper storage of food items, including wrapping, dating, and rotating products
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required
