• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Alerts supervisor to equipment issues, food variances, or shortages.
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies for daily production.
• Ensures proper storage, wrapping, dating and rotation of food items.
