You will prepare high-quality meals according to recipes and dietary orders, working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to ensure timely procurement and proper storage of ingredients.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in all stations of a hotel/kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with other restaurant team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply, secure items for prep, store leftovers properly, and maintain inventories.
