Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Arizona is seeking a full-time line cook to join our dining team. You will prepare high-quality meals following standard recipes and dietary orders, and collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food prep and inventory.

The role requires at least two years of kitchen experience, knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling, and the ability to communicate clearly with the team.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in hotel/kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other restaurant team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities
