Responsibilities

• Assist with meal and food preparation and sanitation.
• Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Complete temperature charts for refrigeration daily.
• Utilize approved cleaning agents safely in all food areas.
• Assist with inventory of food service items as directed.
