Job summary

Culinary Services Group (CSG) is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions at Twin Valley Behavioral Health in Columbus, OH. Location offers Monday–Friday schedules with rotating weekends and holidays.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of food service and cooking experience; healthcare experience is preferred. The fixed pay rate is $18.25 per hour, and shirts are provided as part of the perks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior food service and cooking experience required.
• Healthcare-based setting experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes andInstructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper temperatures and appealing presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe handling; stores or discards excess food per procedures.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies; reports maintenance or safety issues.
