Job summary

Bobby Jones Links is hiring for Line Cooks at Live Oaks Golf Club in Jackson, MS. This part-time position (less than 30 hours a week) offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Primary duties include operating kitchen equipment, preparing and cooking foods per directives, and coordinating with servers to ensure timely, accurate orders.

Responsibilities

• Operates cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
• Prepares and cooks food according to directives; verifies the quality and quantity of all orders.
• Plates prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
• Works with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
• Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
