Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts.
• Maintain sanitation and health regulations.
• Check quality of raw or cooked products and ensure standards are met.
• Set up workstation and inspect tools, equipment, and supplies at opening.
• Inform staff of 86’d items and specials during service.
• Maintain proper storage procedures per Health Department and hotel requirements.
• Complete closing duties and secure items for the next shift.
• Work with team to deliver meals efficiently and accurately.
