• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of cook experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Physical endurance to stand for a full shift.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Works well both in a team and independently.
• Able to quickly process multiple orders.
• Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing).

Aufgaben

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing workstations.
• Preparing ingredients for the shift (wash vegetables, chop, season meat).
• Operate kitchen equipment for the shift.
• Take orders from wait staff or computerized system.
• Cook orders according to health and safety standards.
• Suggest ideas for specials or seasonal dishes.
• Manage multiple orders and monitor as new orders come in.
• Prep for presentation and ensure accurate dishes and sides.
• Assist other cooks and team members when needed.
• Perform additional duties including weekly dishwasher shifts.
