Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Line Cook to join our caring kitchen team. The role involves preparing meals, maintaining sanitary kitchen standards, and supporting residents with high-quality dining experiences in a healthcare setting.

The position requires 1–3 years of cooking experience in hospitality or healthcare, a valid food handlers permit, and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. A strong focus on teamwork and resident satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years cooking experience in hospitality or healthcare.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law.
• Able to read recipes and production guides, cleaning schedules, and logs.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level culinary service and promote a fine dining experience.
• Work with the Director of Culinary Services to meet residents' dining needs.
• Maintain kitchen, food storage, and preparation areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Open or close the kitchen and follow cleaning schedules.
• Ensure all food is received, stored, and prepared per standards.
• Estimate daily/weekly food and supplies and communicate needs.
• Prepare meals per established recipes and approved menus.
• Document food temperatures before service, and during storage.
