Job summary

New Holland Brewing Company in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a part-time line cook to join our Back of House at a new location. You'll help prep, stock, and run line stations with a focus on speed and quality.

Starting pay is $17.02 per hour with opportunity for more with experience. 1 year of back of house experience preferred; safe handling and sanitation knowledge encouraged. Reports to Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in food service preferred.
• Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience with line cook duties and mise en place.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain line stations and organize mise en place.
• Prepare products for service according to specifications.
• Ensure safety and sanitation of kitchen and work areas.
• Maintain cooler organization and proper food temperature.
• Work with urgency during service.
