Job summary

Premier Aquatics in California is seeking enthusiastic lifeguards for part-time, hourly positions. You will supervise swimmers, explain safety rules, enforce pool policies, and assist with opening and closing procedures while keeping our facility safe and welcoming.

The role requires a minimum age of 15.5, the ability to work at least one day per week (with weekend availability), reliable transportation, and StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises swimming activities and ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Enforces pool rules and explains safety protocols to swimmers.
• Responds to emergencies and administers first aid when necessary.
• Takes part in opening and closing procedure checks.
• Inspects facilities and equipment to ensure safety.
• Communicates effectively with patrons and staff.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
