Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks an Aquatics Lifeguard to ensure pool safety and provide exceptional guest service at our facilities in California. You will monitor indoor and outdoor pools, assist with events, and enforce safety rules to protect Members.

The role requires Lifeguard certifications, strong swimming ability, and a customer-focused mindset. This hourly position offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification and BLS CPR/First Aid required (or bridge to StarGuard when current expires or within 1st year).
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters non-stop and tread water for 1 minute.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with Members.
• Rescues swimmers in danger and administers first aid.
• Ensures swimmers are aware of dangerous areas and activities.
• Keeps the pool area clean and orderly for safety.
